Bajaj Steel Board recommends 20% dividend

Bajaj Steel Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 23, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 20% i.e. Rs 2/- per share for the Financial Year 2006-2007, which shall be subject to declaration by the members of the Company in the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
