AK Capital Board to consider dividend

AK Capital Services Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 29, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following :

1. To appoint Mr. Subhash Chandra Bhargava as Additional Director (Independent).

2. The Consider and approve the annual accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

3. To consider recommending dividend for the year ended on March 31, 2007.

4. To consider and approve the notice of Annual General Meeting & fixing the day, date, time and place for convening the Annual General Meeting.
