HCL Infosystems Ltd has announced the following results for the quarter & year ended June 30, 2007.
The Un-audited results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2007: The Company has posted a net profit after tax of Rs 842.20 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 268.80 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2006. Total Income (net of excise) is Rs 30694.80 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 whereas the same was at Rs 5986.90 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2006.
The Audited results for the Year ended June 30, 2007: The Company has posted a net profit after tax of Rs 3178.50 million for the year ended June 30, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 1132.20 million for the year ended June 30, 2006. Total Income (net of excise) is Rs 116968.50 million for the year ended June 30, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 23005.60 million for the year ended June 30, 2006.
The Un-audited consolidated results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2007: The Group has posted a net profit after tax of Rs 849.00 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 700.30 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2006. Total Income (net of excise) is Rs 30804.30 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 whereas the same was at Rs 30982.20 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2006.
The Audited consolidated results for the Year ended June 30, 2007: The Group has posted a net profit after tax of Rs 3159.50 million for the year ended June 30, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 2803.60 million for the year ended June 30, 2006. Total Income (net of excise) is Rs 117357.80 million for the year ended June 30, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 113877.20 million for the year ended June 30, 2006.
The accounts of the Company on Standalone basis for the quarter and Financial year ended June 30, 2007 include the results of Telecommunication and Office Automation business. Consequently, Revenue and Profit Before Tax for the quarter are higher by Rs 22542.90 million & Rs 709.20 million respectively and for the year are higher by Rs 90336.70 million & Rs 2688.30 million respectively. The previous year's figures of the standalone Company do not include the impact of amalgamation and hence are not comparable. The results of Telecommunication and Office Automation business for the period April 01, 2006 to June 30, 2006 (period pertaining to the previous financial year) have been adjusted to the Profit & Loss a/c forming part of reserves.
