Quintegra Solutions Board to consider Dividend

Quintegra Solutions Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 30, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following :

1. To approve the audited accounts of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider recommending dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

3. To convene the 13th Annual General Meeting and close the Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company.
