Anuh Pharma to treat interim dividend as final dividend

Anuh Pharma Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 22, 2007, inter alia, has decided to treat the interim dividend of 140% declared on March 14, 2007 to be the final dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company shall be held on September 29, 2007.
