Kriti Industries Board to consider stock split

Kriti Industries India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To approve Advisory Report and the Scheme of Arrangement / Demerger / Hiving Off and to authorize Director(s) to implement it.

2. To Sub Divide the Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each into smaller amount.
