OCL India equity shareholders & creditors to approve Scheme of Arrangement

OCL India Ltd has announced that on an application of the Company, the Hon'ble High Court of Orissa at Cuttack at the hearing held on August 10, 2007, has ordered meetings of the equity shareholders and the secured creditors of the Company to be held on September 22, 2007 and a meeting of the unsecured creditors of the value Rs 15,000/- or more of the Company to be held on September 23, 2007 for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving, with or without modifications, the proposed Scheme of Arrangement amongst the Company and OCL Iron & Steel Ltd and Konark Minerals Ltd and Dalmia Cement (Meghalaya) Ltd.
