Eldeco Housing Board recommends final dividend

Eldeco Housing & Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 22, 2007, inter alia, has recommended Final Dividend at the rate of 10% on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2006-2007, and has decided to hold the Annual General Meeting of the Company on September 29, 2007.
