Jain Irrigation Board recommends Rs.2 dividend

Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 22, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend on Equity Shares @ Rs 2/- per Share (20%) to Shareholders in AGM to be held on September 27, 2007.
