Mumbai High Court approves amalgamation of Satra Properties and Om Housing Company Pvt Ltd

Satra Properties India Ltd has announced that on August 22, 2007 the Company has received the Orders from Hon'ble High Court, Mumbai approving the Scheme of Amalgamation of Om Housing Company Pvt Ltd with the Company.

Pursuant to giving effect to the aforesaid Orders and filing of the necessary documents with various statutory and regulatory authorities, the Post Amalgamation Paid-up Equity Share Capital of Satra Properties (India) Ltd will be Rs 10.35 Crores.

The Company is in the process of filling necessary forms and documents with the various statutory authorities to give effect to the said Orders.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.197.75, up by Rs.0.55 or 0.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.198.90 and low of Rs.195.25. The total traded quantity was 70713 compared to 2 week average of 85781.
