Indiabulls Financial equity shareholders to approves Scheme of Arrangement

Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order made by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi, a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on September 17, 2007, for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the proposed Scheme of Arrangement between Indiabulls Credit Services Ltd, Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd & Indiabulls Securities Ltd & their respective shareholders & creditors.
