Prithvi Information Solutions Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following :

1. The audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2006-07.

3. To fix the date, time and venue of 9th Annual General Meeting of the Company.

4. To fix Book Closures Dates.
