Micro Technologies Board to consider dividend

Micro Technologies India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 27, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider and take on record the audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To Fix the date of Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year 2006-07.

3. To consider and approve the Notice of the Annual General Meeting.

4. To consider the proposed Dividend.

5. To consider the revision of the remuneration of the Managing Director and Wholetime Director of the Company.

6. To discuss on final terms of agreement for business relationships regarding:

(A) The proposal from Bharti Airtel Ltd for all India Marketing of Micro LMTS through Airtel Network.

(B) The Proposal of Jicoux Datasystems Inc. (a 100% Subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation, Japan) for marketing selected security products in Japan and China.
