Mount Shivalik Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the nine months period ended March 31, 2007 and to consider the declaration of dividend, if any.
