Quintegra Solutions clarifies on Rs.200 Crore acquisition news

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Quintegra buying US co for Rs 200 cr", Quintegra Solutions Ltd has clarified that the information published in the financial daily is not an authenticated one and purely based on speculation. The Company has also denied in the news when the press contacted.

The Company has always been pursuing various acquisition opportunities across the Globe. The Company has not finalized any such proposal till date. As per requirement of the listing agreement, the Company would intimate the stock exchanges once a decision is taken.

The stock closed the day at Rs.87.80, up by Rs.4.15 or 4.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.87.80 and low of Rs.79.50. The total traded quantity was 18494 compared to 2 week average of 61618.
