Zigma Software Board to consider Consolidation of Share Capital

Zigma Software Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 25, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the followings:

1. Profit & Loss account for the year ended March 31, 2007, the Balance Sheet as at that date and the Reports of the Board of Directors and the Auditors thereon.

2. Consolidation of share capital of the Company from Re 1/- to Rs 10/- per share in terms of Section 94 of the Companies Act, 1956.

3. Withdrawal of issue of share warrants on preferential basis.
