Jay Ushin Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following :

1. To consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2007.
