HCL Technologies to acquire balance 49% in HCL EAI through subsidiary

HCL Technologies Ltd has announced that the Company through one of its subsidiary is presently holding 51% of the share capital in HCL EAI Services Inc ("HCL EAI"). The Company has through its subsidiary entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with other shareholders of HCL EAI to acquire the balance 49% shares of HCL EAI.

The stock closed the day at Rs.289.65, down by Rs.17.05 or 5.56%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.333.90 and low of Rs.285.85. The total traded quantity was 70915 compared to 2 week average of 156114.
