EZ-Comm Trade to transfer Wi-Fi division to subsidiary

EZ-Comm Trade Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 21, 2007, has decided, subject to approval of its shareholders through Postal Ballot, to transfer its Wi-Fi division to a wholly owned subsidiary Company, viz EZ-Comm Wirless India Pvt Ltd.

The stock closed the day at Rs.3.87, up by Rs.0.18 or 4.88%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.3.87 and low of Rs.3.83. The total traded quantity was 28385 compared to 2 week average of 14230.
