Mr. Raju Kotlapure has been appointed as Company Secretary of Flagship Developers Pvt Ltd in accordance with the provisions of section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014 and he was designated as Compliance Officer of the Company on board meeting held on February 25, 2016 under regulation 6 SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
