Atlas Cycles Haryana Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider & approve the account of the Company for the year ended on that date & to recommend payment of dividend on equity shares of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2007.
