ANG Auto Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the year ended on March 31, 2007.

2. To fix the date of Annual General Meeting of the Company.

3. To consider the payment of dividend.
