GMR Infrastructure subsidiary GHIAL incorporates 3 subsidiaries

GMR Infrastructure Ltd has announced that GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd (GHIAL), a subsidiary of the Company, has incorporated the following three wholly owned subsidiary Companies for the objects specified against them respectively.

1. GMR Hyderabad Aerotropolis Ltd : Property Development
2. GMR Hyderabad Airport Resource Management Ltd : Resource (Manpower) Management
3. Hyderabad Airport Security Services Ltd : Airport Security Services

Therefore, the above said Companies have also become the subsidiaries of the Company by virtue of Section 4(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 1956.
