Blue Star Ltd Grants 46000 ESOS to Key Managerial Personnel

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Blue Star Ltd, vide resolution passed by circulation dated April 01, 2016 has granted 40,000 Employee Stock Options to Mr. B Thiagarajan, Joint Managing Director and 6,000 Employee Stock Options to Mr. Vijay Devadiga, Company Secretary of the Company under its Employee Stock Options Scheme, 2013.
