TRF Board to consider shareholders agreement

TRF Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 08, 2007, to consider the Shareholders’ Agreement entered into between Baker Technology Ltd, Singapore and TRF Ltd for acquisition of 51% paid-up share capital of YORK Transport Equipment (Asia) PTE Ltd, Singapore.
