Pioneer Investcorp Board recommends 15% dividend

Pioneer Investcorp Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 20, 2007, inter alia, has approved the following:

1. Scheduled the 22nd Annual General Meeting to be held on September 20, 2007.

2. Recommended dividend of Rs 1.50 paise per share (15% of the face value of Rs 10/- per Share) subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
