Allcargo Global to consider acquisition of Transindia Freight Services Pvt Ltd

Allcargo Global Logistics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 27, 2007, inter-alia, to consider the following:

1. The acquisition of Transindia Freight Services Pvt Ltd ("TFSPL") by the Company through merger or transfer of shares or any other mode with the objective of creating operational synergies and add business value to the Company. TFSPL is a Company owned by the promoters of the Company which owns and operates diverse assets viz. cranes, fork lifts, trailers, reach stackers, etc. used in the logistics and infrastructure business; and

2. Various fund raising options for meeting the continual business objectives of the Company.
