Sundaram Multi Pap Board to consider dividend

Sundaram Multi Pap Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following businesses:

1. To approve the Audited Accounts for the Year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend dividend, if any.

3. To approve the draft notice for convening the 13th Annual General Meeting and to fix up the day, date, time and venue for the same.

4. To consider closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Book.

5. To consider the appointment of Whole Time Company Secretary of the Company.
