Syncom Formulations Board to recommend dividend

Syncom Formulations India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider the matter relating to recommendation of dividend on equity shares for the year 2006-07.
