Venus Remedies Ltd Board recommends 30% dividend

Venus Remedies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meting held on August 20, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ of 30% for the financial year ended March 31, 2007 subject to the approval of the same by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
