Patel Integrated Board recommends 10% dividend

Patel Integrated Logistics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 10% on the equity share capital of the Company.

The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 19, 2007 to September 27, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 27, 2007.
