IQMS Software to set up Information Technology Convention Centre

IQMS Software Ltd has announced that the Company is embarking on setting up an Information Technology Convention Center nearby Mumbai.

The convention center will have standards of 3 star and conference room, spread across a plot area of 7 acres of land with a built up area of 7000 Sq. Meters.

With the successful completion of its preferential issue of equity and the shareholders approving the same in the recently held EGM, the Company is in the process of obtaining the permission of the exchange.

Hitherto, the Company has put the plans in place for making its Infrastructure Out tasking of 150 seater capacity facility at Hyderabad.

Commenting on the above, Director of the Company Mr. L V Ramnarayan stated that, our first infrastructure out-tasking facility will be commencing operations by September 05 and it is our endeavor to put in place the Information Technology Convention Center near Mumbai with in 3 to 4 months time span.
