Hon'ble High Court, Bombay approves Scheme of Amalgamation of Shree Precoated

Shree Precoated Steels Ltd has announced that the Scheme of Amalgamation of Anik Development Corporation Pvt Ltd ("ADCPL") and the Company was approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay on August 10, 2007.
