Vama Industries Board to consider dividend

Vama Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To approve the audited financial accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend dividend, if any.

3. To approve the date of Annual General Meeting.

4. To approve the notice calling Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Directors' Report for the year ended March 31, 2007.

5. To fix the dates for book closure and record date.
