Shree Hari Chemicals Export Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Final Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Declaration of dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

3. Increase of Authorised Share Capital.

4. Issue of securities on preferential basis.
