Lokesh Machines Board to consider dividend

Lokesh Machines Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider the date and venue of the 23rd Annual General Meeting and to fix Book Closure date for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.

2. To Consider and approve the audited financial results for year ended on March 31, 2007.

3. Recommend Dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2007.
