Kovilpatti Lakshmi Board to declare dividend

Kovilpatti Lakshmi Roller Flour Mills Ltd has announced that the Hon'ble High Court, Madras has issued an order to amalgamate M/s. Eltex Super Castings Ltd., Coimbatore (subsidiary Company) with the Company effective from April 01, 2006.

Further the Company has informed that, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider, post amalgamated audited accounts, declaration of dividend, book closure etc., for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

The stock was trading at Rs.37.10, up by Rs.2.30 or 6.61%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.37.75 and low of Rs.36. The total traded quantity was 3395 compared to 2 week average of 3739.
