Rain Calcining subsidiary merged with CII Carbon LLC

Rain Calcining Ltd has announced that Rain/CII Holdings Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has merged with CII Carbon LLC, USA with effect from August 14, 2007.

Consequent to the said merger, CII Carbon LLC, USA has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.39.25. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.40.95 and low of Rs.39. The total traded quantity was 102861 compared to 2 week average of 359646.
