IT People Board to decide price band for FPO

IT People India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 21, 2007, inter alia, to consider and determine the Price Band in connection to the Follow on Public Issue of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.39, up by Rs.1.95 or 5.26%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.40.75 and low of Rs.38.50. The total traded quantity was 156675 compared to 2 week average of 80604.
