Ruchi Infrastructure Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 27, 2007, to consider the following:

1. To consider and approve the audited financial result for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider and recommend the dividend.

3. To fix the book closure dates.

4. To fix the day, date, place and time of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
