Zandu Pharmaceutical Works Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 28, 2007, to consider and take on record Annual Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007 and for the recommendation of dividend on equity shares, if any.
