Sika Interplant Board recommends 6% dividend

Sika Interplant Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 18, 2007, inter alia, has recommended declaration of dividend @ 6% for the year ended March 31, 2007 subject to the approval of AGM.
