Acrow India Board recommends 25% dividend

Acrow India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended Dividend of 25% on Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2007, subject to approval of Members.
