Chambal Fertilisers subsidiary sells stake in Technico Pty Ltd

Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Company's subsidiary M/s. Chambal Biotech Pvt Ltd, Singapore (CBPL) has, vide Share Purchase Memorandum dated August 17, 2007, sold its entire holding in Technico Pty Ltd, Australia (a subsidiary of CBPL) to M/s. Russell Credit Ltd, Kolkata. Pursuant to this transaction, Technico Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries have ceased to be the subsidiaries of the Company.
