Virinchi Technologies Board to recommend dividend

Virinchi Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 25, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To Approve the Audited accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To Recommend Dividend.

3. To approve the Draft notice calling the 18th AGM.

4. To consider the issue of Warrants, shares under Preferential allotment.

5. To consider the issue of FCCB's, ADR's, GDR's upto a sum of USD 20 million.
