Fact Enterprise Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the Year ended March 31, 2007, recommend dividend, if any, declare record date for distribution of dividend and giving approval for right issue of Equity Shares.
