Shree Pacetronix Board to consider dividend

Shree Pacetronix Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 25, 2007, inter alia, to consider Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007 and consider and declare dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2007 and to fix the date, time and venue of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
