Hariyana Ship Breakers Board recommends 20% dividend

Hariyana Ship Breakers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 17, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Preference Dividend @ 4% and Equity Dividend @ 20% for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.
