3i Infotech Ltd Grants 300000 Employee Stock Options

3i Infotech Ltd has made a grant of 300,000 options under Employees Stocks Option Plan 2015 (ESOS 2015) under 3i Infotech Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme 2007 (ESOS 2007) to officials of the Company. These options shall vest in the ratio of 50:25:25 at the end of 1st, 2nd and 3rd year from the date of grant respectively.

The aforesaid grants have been made at an exercise price of Rs. 10/- per stock option.
