Gulf Oil Corporation Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 17, 2007, inter alia, to consider sub-division of Equity Shares of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.895.25, up by Rs.6.65 or 0.75%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.929.85 and low of Rs.841. The total traded quantity was 20826 compared to 2 week average of 5537.
